Offer, Offer, Counter-Offer

Saturday was the first rainy day we've had since we put our house on the market. Of course, Saturday was the first day we had an appointment to show the house. So, the house was shown - shammies in sun room and all. It rained Sunday too. We had a showing then - shammies in sun room and all.

Today, we have TWO offers. One is not significantly better than the other, so it's hard to decide. One is more than our asking price, so that's a nice compliment. They have a home to sell, though. We know the other seller's situation, though, and it's hard to ask for more. There's no obvious right choice.

All this money talk makes me want to puke. Oh. So. Nervous.
