Sometimes we practice counting, sorting, and patterning with our snacks at school. (At home I'm a stickler for not playing with your food, but at school its a great opportunity to practice our math skills!)Click here to view the video.
Children are like sponges, they just pick up on certain things and take them in a whole new direction. So, this video is ALL [Bean]. He called me over to his table to show me his pretzel letters. Awesome! It didn't take long before the rest of the class began to write with their snack. Hey, whatever works!
