Came across this post this morning. Some of my favorites:

People warned me about turning my back on baby, but I think better advice would be don't blink.

Parenting is a terrible job when you think about it: long hours, no pay, the boss is moody and demanding, and benefits don't kick in till years later. Ehh, at least my co-worker is hot.

My husband's favorite (even though he hasn't read any yet):

Baby loves watching me play video games. What kind of dad would I be if I denied him that joy? One more game for the sake of the child.
